They also have pickup service on their store (few of them not all) that includes both pickup from stores or their team member will come to parking with your pre ordered products. They can divide this technology in two ways the first one is on their website where they can use chatbot to assist customer and second one is 3D virtual assistant in store, where Customers can interact with assistant and make their shopping easier. Customers don’t need to find floor staff to ask something as their application will preassigned assistant they just need to click on 3D virtual assistant on Woolworths mobile application and assistant will pop out for help.

AR Navigation

Woolworths can introduce AR navigation system for its customers where customer will get direction on their mobile as per their products list, they just have to click on the product from their list and navigation will direct them to the shelfs as we can see in the diagram given below.


By using this type of smart application Woolworths can also add their offers in the application, so pop up will show up on particular shelfs on users or customer’s mobile application as we can see in the below picture.

Woolworths can introduce an innovative technology for their valued customers where they can able to get products list in front of them “ON THE AIR” from where they can click on product and get all product related information such as date of manufacture, expiry date, ingredients etc.


 


Smart Trollies:

Woolworths can also introduce smart trolley concepts in their stores everywhere in Australia as it is not cheaper project but also make customers shopping easier.
