US warn China
US
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Sunday cautioned China that the United States
could change its perspective on Hong Kong's status considering affirmed
obstruction by Beijing in crafted by American writers in the Chinese locale.
The State Department likewise postponed until May 22 a report to Congress on
the territory of Hong Kong, which promises it uncommon treatment.
"Any decision
impinging on Hong Kong's autonomy and freedoms as guaranteed under the
Sino-British Joint Declaration and the Basic Law would inevitably impact our
assessment of One Country, Two Systems and the status of the territory,"
Pompeo said in an official statement.”
US
also claims that the Beijing’s interfering in the work of their free press,
this type of activity by the Chinese authorities is an attempt to disturb the journalist
work in the democratic country, USA.
Prior in February, China had repudiated the press qualifications of three Wall Street Journal columnists for distributing a supposition piece that scrutinized China's endeavors against the novel coronavirus.
China
is also going to face questions on Corona Virus Covid-19 from world in World
Health Organisation meeting that is schedule on Monday 18, 2020, over the
origin of Covid-19 and it will be interesting to see if Taiwan is going to
attend this meeting as a country or not. Taiwan already requested many
countries including India to allow them to attend this World Health
Organisation meeting.
